Dear Neighbor,
As 2022 winds down, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Culpeper County and our Habitat families, I want to thank you for your continued generous support. Habitat for Humanity is built on bringing people together; without community support and assistance, we would not be able to carry out our mission of providing safe and affordable homeownership opportunities for our local Culpeper families. We are asking you to open your heart with a donation to help provide hope, opportunity, and stability to our local families.
Our next homebuyer, Elizabeth, is a single mother of five children, Jordan, Noah, Zachariah, Asher, and Eli. They are currently living in a small rental that is above their budget, but were homeless for a few weeks and just needed a place to call home. They are so grateful for the opportunity to own their own home. With your help, Elizabeth and her children will have the stability, security, and foundation they need to be successful in the future.
We are currently raising funds to help Elizabeth’s family build their home and expect to break ground by year’s end and hope to finish as soon as possible so they are able to move in and secure their future. Our goal is to raise $120,000 to meet our current shortfall. Your generosity and kindness will enable us to complete this project. Please join me now in the gift of a home and a future. Your gift enables Habitat families to afford their homes and allows them to build strength, stability, and self-reliance. Please mail your tax deductable donation to :
